Community engagement has been vital to Springboard for over thirty years. Today, Springboard's volunteer force is more than double the size of its staff!

Volunteers are the backbone of our programs. The more active community members become, the safer and better the community for everyone who lives in it.

The Springboard Volunteer Services Program offers a wide range of benefits and experience for long and short-term volunteers. Donating your time to Springboard provides many opportunities to strengthen and develop your skills. As a volunteer you can seek placement in different areas in our community offices or residential programs.
