We are very proud of our program accomplishments. Here are a few program highlights from our last fiscal year:

Springboard Clients have contributed over 130,000 hours in the community.
Our clients volunteer hours are valued at more than $1.3 Million in labour costs.
Springboard’s employment programs see well over 4,000 individuals every year with an above 80% success rate.
Our innovative HUB programming has a 90% completion and retention rate for attendance program participants.
Our S.O.A.R. day program has always rated above 90% in client satisfaction by our clients and their families – every single year.

Program Specific Highlights

Springboard has been selected to develop the Youth Justice Committee Program for Algoma (Sault Ste. Marie) District which will commence in the fall of 2010.
The YCAP program had a success rate of over 95% in improving the outcome for youth who participated in the program.
Over 95% of the clients referred to our Youth Connect program successfully completed the program. Our clients outlook regarding their future and their attitudes towards crime improved over 90%.
Our completion and retention rates for clients in our Attendance program is over 90%.
Our youth justice committees had an completion rate of 97%. Volunteers with this program have seen a dramatic change in youth participating in this program.
Our Youth Community Service Order program has provided over 25,800 hours of work back into the community through non-profit partner organizations.

Our direct accountability programming (provincial and federal) work with over 2,000 clients every year. Those clients provide over 62,000 hours of volunteer work into the community.
Our Adult Community Service Order clients provided over 33,000 hours of community service last year.
Springboard collected more than $68,000 in restitution for victims of crime in the last year.

We have an 80% of above success rate in placing clients in our employment programs in jobs or back in school.

Our S.O.A.R. day program has always rated above 90% in client satisfaction by our clients and their families – every single year.
