Youth Connect

This program focuses on supporting youth before the court to improve their functioning in school and work, develop skills and address factors that have contributed to their criminal behaviour. Youth Connect staff work with the Probation Extra Judicial Sanction (EJS) Coordinator to create a personalized action plan for each eligible youth as an alternative to the formal court process. Youth Connect will then work with the youth in the successful implementation of this action plan.

This program is available to selected youth in Scarborough Court that are referred by the Crown or by the Probation EJS Coordinator.
