Attendance Program

Youth Justice

The Attendance program offers a sentencing alternative for youth, aged 12 to 17, who are involved in the criminal justice system. The Attendance program provides a series of skill development workshops, training and counselling in areas such as substance abuse, gang prevention, employment and anger management.

The Scarborough Youth Court considers this program as a condition of probation, a mandated alternative to custody or as required after-school programming. This program operates out of our Midland & Lawrence centre in Scarborough and assists approximately 450 youth annually.

This program utilizes our HUB platform and interactive and best practice programming – which has increased completion and retention rates for our programming to over 90%.
