Springboard Employment Services

This program provides workshops and job development for capable unemployed youth aged 16 and up. Our holistic model focuses on client needs to provide individualized services and support for clients to achieve their employment goals. We offer one-on-one counselling, career exploration, access to educational and training programs, subsidy programs, and assist in finding suitable employment and training.

The recent integration of the previous service components into this program allows for a nimble, complete, client focused approach. The components of this program include: Resource and Information services, Client Service Planning and Coordination, Job Search, Job Matching, Placement and Incentives and Job Training. All of these components together allow for a complete employment assistance program.

This program benefits clients by finding suitable employment and employers as we assist in fulfilling their human resource needs.
